Nicole Emerson gets 10 stars across the board! I don't even know where to begin with her. Let's start with her work ethic.... hands down, there is no other realtor that I have seen willing to go the extra mile to make you feel calm and confident in making one of the biggest decisions of your life! She was detail oriented when my mind was spinning and she was able to make sense of things when I did not understand the process. She deserves an award for being able to handle me when others would have fired me as a client. Nicole not only made our lives easier by working long hours and commuting back and forth for signatures instead of inconveniencing me or my husband to have to drive to her. The whole process of buying and selling a home is so nerve-racking in its self any extra stress just may have sent me overboard, but she held my hand every step of the way. The love she has for her profession shows thru her actions and her values are pure. The sell of our home was a very sad time for me, as it was an end to a marriage and the separation of our family. Nicole was not only acting as our realtor but she (not knowingly) took on the role of a therapist. LOL, lucky lady! She never showed irritation but instead showed understanding. When I am ready, there is no other person I will call but her to lead me into my next home. From the moment we met Nicole, she demonstrated the utmost professionalism and a true caring about, not only our needs and requirements for a new home but those amenities that would make us feel that the upgraded residence was made for us! Nicole had our home in the MLS, photographed, filmed, the subject of a realtor open house and used many of her resources to promote the sale within the blink of an eye. The offer to buy our current home was presented to us within days. We, of course, originally purchased this home because we were able to see many qualities that suited our needs.
